The associate professor of Geography is recognized for outstanding contributions in research, educational, or societal impacts in the area of global environmental change within 10 years of receiving his Ph.D.

The Associate Professor of Geography received the Karen E. Wetterhahn Memorial Award for Distinguished Creative or Scholarly Achievement from the Dean of Faculty, among twelve other recognized faculty from the College of Arts and Sciences.
