Esri Recruiter Visits Geography Students

Noah Paravicini '19 visited campus last week to meet interested students about internships and full-time positions at Esri, the world's leading GIS company. Paravicini now works at Esri as a software engineer focusing on the development of the ArcGIS Python API and ArcGIS Enterprise. Paravicini met students from GEOG 57 Urban Applications of GIS taught by Professor Xun Shi and shared his perspectives on ArcGIS software and working for Esri. Students enjoyed learning more about possible career opportunities with GIS and making connections to Paravicini as both an alum and a professional. Future question and answer sessions or career fair collaborations with Esri will be in the works for students who would like to learn more.
