After graduating from Dartmouth in 2020 majoring in Geography modified with Engineering Sciences, Han returned to the geography department as a Post-Baccalaureate Fellow and Teaching Assistant. Her research explores kitchen spaces as sites of liberation, cooking as care, and political geographies of land use change in the Philippines. Han is interested in how food sovereignty work moves in and around the Academy, Black and Indigenous geographies of solidarity, and Science and Technology Studies. Outside of the department, Han is involved with the Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship (MMUF) program and the Farmlink Project. As an undergrad, she started the Third Kitchen project, played club ice-hockey, and helped to organize Cows, Land, and Labor a conference exploring the dynamics of the dairy industry and its scalar impacts in New England.
