Dawn brings a deep background in global and public health, focused on alleviating health disparity at the population level. Her role at Dartmouth serves to educate, convene, and empower students, faculty, and community to move the needle on health equity worldwide. At the Global Health Council, she stewarded the Bill and Melinda Gates Award for Global Health, working with leading institutions dedicated to improving the health of the two billion poorest people around the globe. She then joined the newly-formed Dartmouth Center for Health Care Delivery Science under President Jim Kim, later merged with The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. There she directed the TDI Learning Lab, created to transform curriculum for better learning and engagement.
