Andra Pool is the Chief Relationship and Community Officer for Greenhouse Scholars, which cultivates extraordinary leaders to change low-income families and communities. [more]After spending a year interning and then working at the National Geographic Society, Sarah entered graduate school and completed a PhD in anthropology from Stanford University. She published her first book, Steeped in Heritage: The Racial Politics of South African Rooibos Tea, with Duke University Press in 2017. The book is based on more than fifteen months of research in rural South Africa and a decade-long engagement with the rooibos-tea-growing region.

Greg Barry '73 Graduated with Geography and Urban Studies degree. His first job was with a firm led by the Dean of the MIT School of Architecture and Planning, working on a contract with Athens, Greece, doing survey analysis aimed at determining how to change the incentives to have people not crowd into Athens and instead live and work in smaller locations like Piraeus.
